Summerland is an outstanding, 4 piece band and are known for their professionalism, versatility and high energy performances. The group incorporates the renowned talents of Si Anne (Vocals & Bass Guitar), Monique (Vocals), Dale Ray (Vocals & Keyboard), Nicholas Mc Creadie “Sticks” (Drums & Vocals).

Summerland features an extensive repertoire of music available with styles ranging from Pop/Dance to Jazz and Latin, RnB, Local South African music to soothing Background music. Summerland offers exciting party sets which will get audiences out of there seats and onto the dance floor. Summerland will entertain you with the best golden oldies to the latest top 40 dance hits, and end off your event with an internationally experienced DJ to keep the party going.

Summerland will entertain from start to finish and there is no function to big or too small where they will be able to accommodate exactly what you want to hear, creating a flawless event, every time.

Introducing the band

Si Anne is one of the top local & international singers & performers. Not only is she an extraordinary jazz & commercial singer but also plays the bass guitar, percussion & DJ’s. She was as a finalist on ‘Fame’ and ‘Idols’. She featured in Adam Sandlers’ film ‘Blended’. Performed with Garth Taylor, Jesse Clegg, Dozi, Big Brother, Groove Armada, Barnyard Theatre, performed in Ibiza in biggest clubs, Dubai, Ghana, Sri Lanka. She currently fronts as lead singer and bass guitarist in the captivating commercial band – Summerland.

Dale Ray is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, actor, dancer and renowned musical director, all at such a young age, he has a very impressive CV. After graduating from COPA Dale has gone on to play keyboards and saxophone in various bands, has shared the stage with the likes of Brian McKnight and Prime Circle, performed in three pantomimes and directed several of his own productions. Musical director for Showtime Australia and has been the brains behind the music for major corporate events like RMB annually. He is currently the incredible singer, keyboardist for Summerland.

Monique Hendricks is a young, fresh talent who has burst onto the music scene with a bang, making a huge statement with her unique, versatile and powerful voice, she is taking audiences by storm! Monique is a force of nature with her outstanding, high energy performances, she was born to entertain and also plays keyboard and percussion. Monique is releasing her EP soon and performed most recently in the incredible production called the Gospel Spectacular at the Jo’burg theatre 2017. She is currently the front singer for Summerland.

Nicholas Mc Creadie, a multi-instrumentalist from Johannesburg, is a true entertainer. His pure joy for music is the perfect compliment to any event where you are looking for something exciting, entertaining and something to really get the crowd up on their feet. Nicholas Plays the Drums, Saxophone and DJ’s for various bands around JHB and has done multiple international tours with both local and international acts. Nicholas is Proudly endorsed by Sonor drums & Sabian Cymbals.
