Dez Petersen developed a passion for the music industry at an early age. Singing in different choirs as a child and teen would eventually prepare her for a career in music… With a strong, unique voice and amazing ear for harmonies it will set her apart from all other female singers in the industry.

After being discovered by a other local entertainment Diva, Dez clinched her first overseas contract in the UAE and performs there for the next two years before hitting Dar es Salaam and other UAE countries with the famous East Africa band The Tanzanites.. Back at home Dez is part of many freelance outfits. With 17 years of experience, Dez is considered one of the biggest gems in the SA music Industry and has partnered with 12v2 management to continue her successful career.
