Biography

Triple Treasure Band is a very versatile corporate function and party band, consisting of some of South Africa’s top musicians and vocalists. 

The band features female vocalist, Minisaa Pat, who started singing at the tender age of fourteen. She was also the youngest choir mistress in her native country and she has trained and coached several choirs and groups in the past. 

Kingsley Kalu (more popularly known as Carlos) is probably Africa’s most celebrated guitarist / vocalist / composer. Carlos was born of Ibo parents in Lagos State Nigeria and is now based in South Africa. He started music at the age of 17 and specialises in drums, bass guitar as well as keyboards. He has performed with many well known acts and is currently the band leader of the Triple Treasure Band in South Africa…

Triple Treasure Band cover all genres of music, Jazz, Reggae, Commercial, Afro jazz, Soul etc and perform at various music festivals and venues around the country like Soweto Festival of Light (Dec 2013), Indaba Bridal Expo, Moyo Melrose Arch, Acoustic Cafe, News Cafe, Morning Star Hotel etc.
